At Oh My Socks, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, our 14-day return policy has you covered.

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

📬 How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@ohmysocks.shop. If your return is approved, you'll receive:

A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
